• Age and Birthday: 40, birthday being April 18th IS 440.
• Appearance: Scruffy-looking cowboy with messy hair underneath that hat and a breath that smells like alcohol a lot of the time. He looks well-built, very manly and chiselled face, and has huge hands for some reason.
• Personality: Billy is in his own world most of the time. Despite being a deadbeat father (with an illegitimate child, no less) and ex-husband, he doesn’t seem to be too bothered about it, and just goes with the flow. In that sense, the best way to describe him is to say that he’s an extreme optimist. When he plays Goppu, his dodgy side shows as he often changes the rules depending on who he’s up against.

• Skills/Special Abilities: Being a single dad for most of his time, he has learned how to cook for himself, although he is by no means a chef. He is also accurate with a lasso.
• Other Abilities: Besides Goppu, he knows how to play many card games, as well as guitars.

• Weaknesses: Unfortunately, Billy has VERY high ambitions but never actually thinks them through, whether it comes to treasure hunting or gambling for high stakes, and such things often lead him to failure.
• History:
At the tender age of 18, Billy didn't waste time becoming a true man and accidentally got a girl pregnant during a moment of passion. Him being a drifter at the time, it was only a few years after he left town and got married that he found out about his illegitemate daughter, but decided to keep it a secret in order to shield his family from potential future drama.

However, his efforts would eventually be for naught, as Billy became obsessed with treasure hunting after meeting a hunter himself. Unfortunately, he met with very little success which lead him to the road of gambling. Gambling didn't work out too well for Billy either, and he eventually ended up gambling away everything he owned, including his home. His wife, furious and no longer able to deal with him, realized that Billy was more married to his dream than herself, and ended up leaving him and his son, Melville.

Continuing to treasure hunt and rarely seeing his son, he did not find any great haul, although he did discover the giant ship that had crashed into Budehuc Castle while exploring the Northern Cavern. This one success, sadly, was covered up by Guilluame, who was using the cavern to store stolen goods.

Eventually, he joined the Fire Bringer after losing a game of Goppu, and managed to spend more time with his son, since he was also there. When Kathy, his first child, joined the war, Billy acted like he never knew her and did not end up telling her the truth, thinking it would be better not to ruin Kathy's image of how her father is like.

When the war ended, Melville wouldn't take no for an answer when he wanted his father to come home with him. Billy slowly gained a stable life once more, including owning a house again... until his old habits kicked in and he gambled everything away. Now he seeks refuge in Budehuc, until he hits that treasure someday!
